Gulfood 2026 is one of the world’s largest food and beverage industry events. It was held from January 26 to 30, 2026, across two venues simultaneously — Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre in Dubai — setting a global record in terms of scale and number of participants.

In this edition, more than 8,500 exhibitors from around 195 countries showcased food products, innovations, and supply chain solutions, while new sectors such as logistics, fresh produce, startups, and grocery trade were introduced.
